Fill out the request form below as accurately as possible. Filling out the form does not guarantee a spot and you are not committing to a tattoo.  Alissa will choose requests that fit her style, interests, and skill set. Once all spots are filled, books will close.

STEP THREE

If your request is chosen, you'll get a response (typically within 1-2 weeks) with a quote and a link to book. You can use that link to choose any day and time that works for you.
